Established in 2006, Prism has been building a rapidly growing reputation of excellence from of our dedicated service to patients and health care professionals. When making decisions, it is our objective to make our home delivery service of wound care, ostomy and urology supplies seamless for patients and health care professionals. We believe good communication skills are paramount from the moment the prescription comes into our facility to the time products arrive at the patient’s doorstep. From an insurance standpoint there are varying degrees of complexity in processing an order to make products available for the patient. We believe making products available is an essential step in providing good health care.

Navigating Insurance

To be a leader in the field you have to set a great example of how to take care of a patient. Navigating insurance is one way of being able to make the transaction of home delivery seamless. First, our dedicated staff works daily to develop partnerships with insurances nationwide. Second, we have a team of experts tasking their skills as they work diligently with insurance for each patient order that comes into our facility. Our goal is for the patient to have as little out of pocket expense as possible. We believe this benefits everyone from preventing more traumatic issues for patients to reducing the cost of health care for both patients and insurance companies. Product availability

We have an extensive and expanding inventory of products available. Our inventory is always growing because we want your product available as quickly as possible. If one of our partners uses a product (1) that we do not have in stock, whenever possible, we will get it in stock. It’s that simple.

Commitment to patient care

As part of our commitment to patient care, we want our patients and caretakers to feel comfortable communicating with us. We want information to be easily accessible to improve their experience with our company. Another part of patient care is calling patients or their caretakers every two weeks to check in with them. We understand staying on top of supplies can be an overwhelming and daunting task. We also have automatic shipments for patients and caretakers available upon request.

Easing the health care professional’s burden

This is our commitment to excellence. Bringing together these four steps to ease the clinician's burden (1) how well we communicate with you and your patient (2) navigate through insurance on the patient's behalf (3) make the product available in inventory and (4) our follow up patient care.
