Q: I’m having problems getting the supplies I need, what do I do?
A: Contact us right away. One patient is everything. When you contact our facility you have our guarantee that our qualified staff will dedicate their time and energy until your situation is resolved, and communicate with you until then.
Q: I need supplies; what can I expect if I call your facility?
A: What you can expect when you contact us is simple; fast and courteous service! You will receive efficiency and consideration in a friendly and timely manner. You have our guarantee!
Q: I can’t get this product any where; can I get it from you?
A: We do more than sell products, we provide them. We provide dressings not easily available through our competitors. You have our guarantee, if the product is available and covered by your insurance; we either have it or we will get it for you. We have an extensive inventory of supplies especially to assist you with the fastest possible service.
Q: I’m ending home health services or they will be ending soon; what do I do now?
A: We will immediately assist you or your caretaker with home health discharge so that you may continue getting the supplies you need without any interruption. Just give us a call at 888-244-6421 and we will do the rest.
Q: I’ve changed physicians; can I still get my supplies?
A: Yes. Contact us and we will get a new order sent over to your new physician for their signature so that you may continue getting the supplies you need without any interruption. Just give us a call at 888-244-6421 and we will do the rest.
Q: What about my insurance; will they cover the supplies I need?
A: We will exhaust every provision or possibility before we offer product pricing. Discounts available. Our team will work with you to provide a resolution.
Q: Do you have a return policy?
A: Yes. Any unopened and unused package may be shipped back to us within 30 days. Alternative arrangements may be available to you if you cannot afford to pay return shipping fees. If you receive any erroneous supplies and they remain unopened and unused; notify us within 30 days by calling 888-244-6421. We will have them picked up right at your doorstep, free of charge.
